A global manufacturer of automotive audio equipment had been operating its portfolio of brands under entirely separate systems and sites – and it was time to fold everything into one streamlined solution. The aim was to bolster its marketing effectiveness to stockists and reach to its entire community, while establishing a more direct channel to its end consumers.

The Solution

Implementing multibrand ecommerce.

This was a multi-year, multi-departmental saga that required lots of whiteboard before we even touched a keyboard. We first worked together to identify the short- and long-term goals and then mapped out a plan of attack for some of the higher priority initiatives. A guiding principle was to embed enough flexibility in the sequence to allow for some inevitable pivots along the way. This client now has its entire portfolio of individual brands working in concert under one efficient system; bolstered by some complementary frameworks and Bonfyre Concepts as its tech partner every step of the way.
