One of the high-level requirements for a multi-hospital regional healthcare system was to explore and scope options for a freshly re-designed & re-structured implementation of its legacy system-wide SharePoint employee/staff intranet portal.
The Solution
Producing deliberate structure & design.
We ran with the entire process from existing system analysis, strategy & requirements through iterative review through final design, resulting in robust deliverables that included: complete sets of 30+ fully designed screens, detailed sitemaps/flows & site structure, and detailed project approaches & plans. The final design envisioned a highly-improved, streamlined experience that allowed users to easily navigate content and functionality, without any sacrifice to a unique, modern design.
