Florencio directs innovation, operational strategy and product development for Bonfyre Concepts, its ventures, and its clients. Florencio also serves as a director at an innovation advisory firm that brings together thought leaders from top universities to advise global corporations on innovation strategies & frameworks. He is also a partner in a private equity firm with offices in New York and Shanghai and sits on the board and is an active volunteer of a US-based non-profit that builds, staffs, & operates medical clinics in West Africa. Lastly, he serves as the Creative Director of our special sibling-venture, Frolic – an ecommerce project built to connect international artisans & makers with design-lovers world wide.
As the technology head, Jon directs all development & integration projects at Bonfyre Concepts, leading the design & deployment of all prototypes & applications for its clients and ventures. His expertise in digital strategy and ability to transform client needs into clear requirements makes him the key part of every successful project. In a career spanning over 20 years, Jon has led several technology teams & built applications for implementation in a wide range of industries.
Manu brings 25 years of experience as a CFO, COO, and CEO of various venture-funded start-ups. He started his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories, specializing in optical networking, before moving on to serve as a research analyst and private equity principal. He then moved to Silicon Valley to focus on venture-funded start-up operations and financing and has basically spent the better part of a decade developing business models. As our data scientist, he helps clients design sound data mining methodologies and make strategic sense of massive data sets.
Whether launching new product lines or delivering comprehensive feasibility & business case analyses, Mark works with our clients to transform ideas into ventures. In addition to driving operations & business development, and running one of our own ventures, Mark leads project management of the more complex builds at Bonfyre Concepts. Prior to joining the partnership, Mark spent several years in the strategic consulting and subscription commerce spaces.
