Through Bonfyre Concepts LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Company”, “Bonfyre Concepts”, “Bonfyre”, “BFC”, “we” or “us”), a transaction is charged immediately upon completion of the checkout payment process for an order. Fulfillment and shipment of an order are processed when its products are ready and available, unless otherwise noted in such instances as pre-orders, pre-sales, and other special sales and circumstances.

Bonfyre will charge the relevant fees for your product(s) to the credit card that you provide to us. If the credit card information you have provided is incorrect or incomplete, or Bonfyre is unable to complete a transaction due to your error or omission, we will attempt to contact you and inform you of the problem; failure to provide accurate and complete shipping and billing information may result in the delay or cancellation of your transaction for a particular delivery. There may be occasion in which components of the fulfillment and/or warehousing process will be directly managed by a curator or partner. In those instances, notice will be given as to the curator or partner managing the process.

Products are shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for any product(s) will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

In partnership with our partners and curators, Bonfyre curates the content of each shipment/sale. We don’t allow returns or substitutions of anything in your shipment. Product specifications and other information have either been provided by the vendors or collected from publicly available sources. While Bonfyre makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Website and/or contained in your shipment is accurate, we can make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of any information provided on the Website and/or contained in your shipment. Bonfyre makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any product provided or offered by any vendor, and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any vendor shall be at your own risk. Bonfyre may, from time to time in its sole discretion, offer certain promotional codes for discounts. Promotion codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases. There is no cash alternative. Furthermore, promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional discount, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. Lost promotion codes cannot be replaced. Limit one promotional code per customer. Promotion codes are void where prohibited.
